One of our flagship projects is the land surrounding The Old Mill. Purchased in 1994 and converted into a multi-use industrial estate, “Canalside” comprises of warehousing, business units and office space, and the renovation of the former Gypsum Works site.
Our commercial and hospitality management team have over 30 years experience within the commercial space and serviced office sector. Having managed various commercial sites we have been developing a range of serviced offices over the past 15 years.
